[FIX] GTA IV SecuLauncher ERROR

So, we've heard many errors on gta 4. This is one of them.

How To Solve GTA IV SecuLauncher: failed to start application [2000] ?
(Ist try)

1. Go to you games directory.(C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV)

2. Find LaunchGTAIV.exe

3. Right click the file and select Run As Administrator.
4. Solved.
But this help is not perfect. Many users are not satisfied with this. Sorry to them. So, there's a new trick. That is trusted more than this.

 (IInd try)
If still the problem comes.... Then use Razor 1911.
Download the crack Ist of all, then extract it, then copy the extracted files, then paste them in the GTA 4 directory (replace whatever needed). One more benefit of using this crack is that you would have to no more open Social Club!
NOTE:- Please install all the Microsoft Visual C++ and the given DierctX... This was missing... 
If doesn't work for you leave you comment your error will be solved.

      Hey Anonymous, don't get angry.. Do you use Razor 1911?? If you don't, please use.... The problem may be solved.. Try that...

    it shows its not compatible for you....

    I did reinstall visual C++ 2005 ,2008,etc ,net framework 4,latest direct x I did ur steps but it isn't working it still says the seculauncher [2000] I'm using win7 64bit

    U told about uninstallling RGSC but there is no RGSC present in Control Panel whereas it's present in gta 4 directory and even there's no folder to save files nor in gta 4 directory nor in documents Plzz HELP!!
    I also want to activate It .So plz tell me a link so that i may offline activate it bro plz.

    hi installed gta 4
    but now cant play shwoing secu launcher failed to start 2000.
    i tried razor 1911 files tried to replace then also no changes
    tried qith securom, but showing this exe file has no secu rom

    I have direct x installed in my pc and also visual c** 2015 and net frame work 4.5.......
    Please help me.....
    My pc is 32 bit.
    2 gb ram
    1 gb video card
    Window 7 installed

    I did all of it
    Installed Microsoft Visual C++
    Installed Net framework 3.5
    Installed correct version of DirectX but still its showing the error Seculauncher failed to start the application [2000]
    Please help. I will be highly thankful��
