GTA 4 resource usage problem

So I'm here with a new GTA 4 error fix which is its graphics..
Some users notice that after opening their graphics menu in GTA 4 see that the Resource Usage limit is very low, even their computer have enough requirements to run the game!! So we have got a solution for it..!
1. Open your GTA 4 directory..
2. Search for 'commandline.txt' and open it..
3. Make a copy of it and paste it on your desktop in order to be safe..
4. Open 'commandline.txt' which is present in the directory and paste this -
     '-renderquality 0 -shadowdensity 0 -texturequality 0 -viewdistance 0 -detailquality 0 -norestrictions -width 512 -height 384 -availablevidmem 12.0 -percentvidmem 100 -DX9 /low -renderquality 0 -frameLimit 0 -nomemrestrict -noprecache -minspecaudio -safemode'

(do not copy the single quotations)
5. Open your game and check the graphics menu once again.. If the resource usage limit does not increase, kindly inform us... but the possibility of working is high....
Enjoy playing!!
This also works with GTA 4 EFLC !
NOTE - You'll have to change the settings every time after you restart the game... little effort to be put..

      See whether you have followed the steps correctly... make sure you haven't copied the singles quotes with the content!

    I could not locate the commandline.txt file in the GTA IV main directory. So I made one and it does not work, how should I go about fixing the problem?

    Alright, I fixed my problem. I accidentally named the file "commandline.txt" instead of just "commandline". YAY!

    I cant find commandline.txt so I created one and typed all the above things. And I copied it to the gta4 directory . But doesnt work showning same prob

      directory is the folder where your gta4 is installed.. paste the commandline.txt there.. do not write .txt with that... and your game will work fine..! good luck! :)

    - 2 gb ram ddr3

    I searched the directory but there is not commandline.txt file. And when I tried to make a file and save it it's denying.

      It should not give any error.. Maybe you are not using admin acc.

    My laptop have 2 Gb Ram only
    01) I install Game....
    02) Game Was Successful installed..
    03) but i open Game so Graphics problem....
    04) My Gta 4 Game in Show a Blank City And Roards Etc....
