GTA 4 RMN40 fatal error fix!

Fatal errors are the most irritating errors.,, we all know that..

this error mainly comes in Windows XP

Here are the steps to fix RMN40 fatal error -

1. Go into the GTA 4 directory and locate "LaunchGTAIV" 
2. Right click and select "Properties" 
3. Select the "Compatibility" tab 
4. Under "Compatibility mode", click the box to check off "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" 
5. Drop down the menu and select "Windows 2000" 

IF

you are using XP, you need to update it to SP3..

GTA 4 resource usage problem

So I'm here with a new GTA 4 error fix which is its graphics..
Some users notice that after opening their graphics menu in GTA 4 see that the Resource Usage limit is very low, even their computer have enough requirements to run the game!! So we have got a solution for it..!
1. Open your GTA 4 directory..
2. Search for 'commandline.txt' and open it..
3. Make a copy of it and paste it on your desktop in order to be safe..
4. Open 'commandline.txt' which is present in the directory and paste this -
     '-renderquality 0 -shadowdensity 0 -texturequality 0 -viewdistance 0 -detailquality 0 -norestrictions -width 512 -height 384 -availablevidmem 12.0 -percentvidmem 100 -DX9 /low -renderquality 0 -frameLimit 0 -nomemrestrict -noprecache -minspecaudio -safemode'

(do not copy the single quotations)
5. Open your game and check the graphics menu once again.. If the resource usage limit does not increase, kindly inform us... but the possibility of working is high....

NOTE - You'll have to change the settings every time after you restart the game... little effort to be put..

So, we've heard many errors on gta 4. This is one of them.

How To Solve GTA IV SecuLauncher: failed to start application [2000] ?
(Ist try)

1. Go to you games directory.(C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV)

2. Find LaunchGTAIV.exe

3. Right click the file and select Run As Administrator.
4. Solved.
But this help is not perfect. Many users are not satisfied with this. Sorry to them. So, there's a new trick. That is trusted more than this.

If still the problem comes.... Then use Razor 1911.
Download the crack Ist of all, then extract it, then copy the extracted files, then paste them in the GTA 4 directory (replace whatever needed). One more benefit of using this crack is that you would have to no more open Social Club!
NOTE:- Please install all the Microsoft Visual C++ and the given DierctX... This was missing... 
If doesn't work for you leave you comment your error will be solved.

1. Install Gta IV from Original Dvd.
2. Download 1.0.7.0 Patch -http://games.softpedia.com/get/Patch/...
Note : Select updatetitle to update Gta IV. (If you need to update your GTA 4)
3. Uninstall Rockstar Social Club From Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs.
4. Download Gta IV Razor 1911 : -


5. Extract/Copy all 3 files into Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV
1911.dll, LaunchGTAIV.exe, xlive.dll 
Note : LaunchGTAIV.exe - Run as Administrator

Please NOTE - This application must be used ONLY for fixing the errors. NOT for other purposes. You are responsible yourself if you do any mischief with this.

Open GTA IV or GTA EFLC without Social Club...

There is no need to make an account in  GTA Social Club.... You just need to download 'RAZOR 1911' and the social club problem will not last longer.. You can then easily launch the game by LaunchGTAIV or  LaunchGTAEFLC.... No need to open Social Club... You can Uninstall the social club too!! Try this, it will help you...
